The main advantage of the villa is that it is within equal distance from the nearest beaches and the ski centre. The Pelion ski centre parking lot is an 11-15-min drive away.

Parties within the premises are strictly forbidden.

No extra guests, other than the guests stated in the reservation form are allowed within the premises.

Smoking in the interior of the villa is strictly prohibited. Those of our guests who choose to smoke can use the various balconies / terraces.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a ceramic stove, a microwave oven, an 1.80m fridge, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, pots and pans, cutlery, dishes and various condiments.

There are two bathrooms available, one on each floor.

Yes, there is a washing machine available.

There are two bedrooms, a master bedroom with a queen size bed and a second bedroom with a rocking double bed and two loft twin beds.

The villa can accommodate up to 8 people, 6 adults and 2 children/teenagers.

Pets are not allowed anywhere within the premises.

There is a cot available upon request, with no extra charge. 
Note: Children up to 2 years old sleep in the existing beds for free.
